Some of the footage includes the aircraft Boeing 757, Lockheed C-130 hercules, Orion and helicopters, I couldn't get all the good stuff because I could only get 3 mins of footage.

I've just thought, he probably means the airfield. I expect the actual museum will be staying. It wouldn't make sense to knock that down! I hope.
I can understand a huge field being developed. Although it's a shame.
